In the event that the agents or employees of The Happy Mutt Company^TM assist with any unloading, unwrapping or installation of the items, this is done as a courtesy to the purchaser, and does not form part of the duties of The Happy Mutt Company^TM.

In the event that the purchaser should opt to collect the items, the purchaser shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the items upon payment. The Happy Mutt Company^TM, its employees, agents, affiliates and parents shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the items, the property of the purchaser or the property of any third party during or after loading, irrespective of whether the purchaser is assisted by the agents and/or employees of The Happy Mutt Company^TM. In the event that any assistance is provided by the agents or employees of The Happy Mutt Company^TM with any unloading, unwrapping or installation of the items, this is done as a courtesy to the purchaser, and does not form part of the duties of The Happy Mutt Company^TM.
