Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery is free for all orders over R400.
We use The Courier Guy to deliver our products nationwide.
Collections
If you are in the Centurion area (Gauteng) or Rondebosch area (Cape Town) and want to collect directly from us, we can make this arrangement by telephone with you.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check your order’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thehappymuttsa.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes – we require a physical address for delivery.
